This Technical Field Engineer ensures that our federal government client’s systems stay secure, reliable, and mission-ready through expert on‑site technical support and robust client engagement.

The Field Engineer performs activities associated with installing, diagnosing, maintaining, and servicing computer-related products, including but not limited to desktop/laptop computers, printers, and peripherals.

Proven experience in a Deskside support setting performing fault investigation, triaging, and resolution.

Experience with desktop support, server support, hardware, network and software installation and troubleshooting

Experience with supporting a corporate Windows setting

Software and Hardware diagnostic skills and building/upgrading PC's

Test and Tag experience highly regarded

Minimum of 6 months experience in supporting Deskside support environment

Ensure customer satisfaction throughout all transactions.

Key Qualifications

NV1 or NV2 security clearancemust have for this role.
