What you will do?
Lead kitchen operations to deliver exceptional food quality and guest experiences
Inspire, mentor and develop high-performing culinary teams
Support menu innovation and maintain exceptional presentation standards
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and quality requirements
Manage labour, food costs and inventory to achieve business objectives
Partner with operational teams to drive efficiency, continuous improvement and outstanding service

More about you
Previous culinary leadership experience if in a high-volume premium hospitality environment
Relevant culinary qualifications
Proven ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing culinary teams
Strong understanding of food safety, compliance, labour management and cost control
Ability to work across our Melbourne venues, including the MCG, Marvel Stadium and VRC events as required
