Coordinating onboarding activities for high-volume seasonal hires
Managing candidate communications throughout the onboarding process
Ensuring documentation and compliance requirements are completed accurately and on time
Updating and maintaining candidate records within recruitment systems
Liaising with hiring managers and internal stakeholders
Supporting the wider Talent Acquisition team with recruitment administration
Delivering a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Coordination, HR Administration, or a similar support role
Experience with SuccessFactors is highly desirable
Friendly, personable, and confident communicating with candidates and stakeholders
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
Comfortable working with repetitive processes while maintaining accuracy
Reliable, proactive, and ready to hit the ground running
Available for the full 3-month contract period with no planned leave





Working closely with a collaborative team, you'll play a key role in managing onboarding and recruitment administration for a large volume of hires during the peak Christmas recruitment season.

While the work is heavily focused on onboarding and process coordination, no two days are the same. You'll be supporting a high-volume hiring campaign and ensuring candidates are set up for success from day one.
Competitive hourly rate of approximately $43 per hour.

Onsite for the first month, then hybrid working (2 days from home)
Standard working hours of either 8:00am - 4:30pm or 8:30am - 5:00pm
