Barwon Heads Road Upgrade (Fixed Term Contract | Approx. 2 Years)

We're seeking an experienced Sustainability Manager to join our team on the Barwon Heads Road Upgrade Project for an approximately two-year fixed term appointment.

Working closely with and reporting to our Environmental & Sustainability Manager, you'll play a key role in driving sustainability outcomes across one of Victoria's significant road infrastructure projects. From environmental performance and innovation initiatives through to project reporting, stakeholder engagement and delivery of sustainability commitments, you'll help ensure sustainability is embedded in everything we do.

This is an chance for a passionate sustainability professional who enjoys working collaboratively with project teams, influencing practical outcomes and contributing to a project that will deliver long-term benefits for the community.

What You'll Bring




Experience delivering sustainability initiatives within construction, infrastructure, engineering or a related industry.
Knowledge of sustainability frameworks, reporting requirements and environmental management practices.
The ability to engage and build solid relationships with project teams, clients and stakeholders.
Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
A proactive approach and genuine passion for creating positive environmental and sustainability outcomes.
