About the role

Signature Support Care is seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our team in North Brisbane and Moreton Bay, QLD. Please only apply if you are happy to work in these locations.

This is a casual position, offering the flexibility to create your own schedule and work-life balance. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care and assistance to our clients, helping them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

We are hiring across multiple teams and are looking for people that have the flexibility to work all types of shifts (Day, Afternoon and Nights).

What you'll be doing
Assisting clients with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
Providing companionship and engaging clients in social and recreational activities
Monitoring clients' health and well-being, and reporting any changes or concerns to the care team
Adhering to all relevant safety and quality standards, as well as company policies and procedures
Collaborating with the care team to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred support

What we're looking for
A relevant Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Disability Support,



or a similar field
Experience in a similar role, providing care and support to others
Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and their families
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for enhancing the lives of our participants
A valid driver's licence and reliable transport
A NDIS Workers Clearance
Valid Working with Children Check
Current CPR and First Aid
Flexibility to work different hours - including day shifts, afternoons, active overnights and weekends
A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and respecting client privacy
