The Chance

Our client is an established and growing high end residential and boutique commercial design and construct firm.

They pride themselves on our attention to detail and building projects to a high standard. We have long lasting relationships with our clients, sub-contractors and external consultants; and recognise this is due to the hard work of the entire team.

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to join our company and work collaboratively within our established team. You will report directly to the Director and have support from our current Site Managers and Project Management team.

About You

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following:
Trade qualified Carpenter for a minimum 5+ years and demonstrate the ability to manage a site




Experience in high end residential projects and expert carpentry skills with the ability to achieve the finest of architectural details
Skilled in driving, programming and managing sub-contractors
Ability to work in a team workplace as well as autonomously
Ensure a high level of communication and teamwork through direct communications via in office meetings and written correspondence
Reliable, trustworthy, passionate and take pride in our work
Able to read, understand and execute detailed architectural building plans
Can run smaller projects independently and operate within a large team on larger projects
Have a white card, PPE, tools and own transport
