TEST MANAGER:
Hands on Test Manager
Develop Test Strategy & Test Management
ServiceNow functional knowledge (ITSM, CMDB, workflows)
Automation and ATF expertise
Stakeholder management and communication
Risk-based decision making and defect management

TESTER:
Support the Test Manager and testing process
Review user stories and requirements
Create test scenarios and test cases
Verify acceptance criteria
Maintain test scripts
