What you'll do:
Leading your store and team across all aspects of store operations
Driving sales performance and achieving store targets and KPIs
Delivering a high-level shopping experience for every customer
Maintaining strong knowledge of product fit, features and benefits across our collections
Educating customers and recommending products suited to their individual needs
Managing inventory, stock levels and product sell-through
Executing visual merchandising standards to showcase the 2XU product range
Effectively managing team rosters and ensuring appropriate staffing levels
Proactively engaging with the local community to build strong and ongoing partnerships
Coaching, developing and inspiring your team to achieve their potential

What you'll bring:
Previous retail store management or Senior 2IC experience




A proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Robust roster and team management skills
A flair for apparel, merchandising and delivering exceptional customer service
Pride in how your team, store and brand are presented
Natural leadership skills and the ability to build, maintain and develop robust working relationships
A genuine interest in the fitness, health and wellness industry and an active lifestyle
