About The Opportunity

As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of our industrial mail inserter equipment. Some of your responsibilities will include:
Performing servicing, maintenance, and repair on inserters
Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults efficiently during in office service visits
Travelling to customer locations to complete breakdown repairs and preventative maintenance
Supporting paper handling systems and finishing lines to ensure smooth operation
Ensuring all work complies with safety standards and meets customer SLA requirements
Core hours 7:00am – 3:00pm,



with occasional afternoon shift 3:00pm – 11:00pm

About You

The successful candidate will have:
Minimum 3+ years’ experience servicing industrial or electromechanical equipment
Experience with finishing lines, or similar machinery preferred
Solid problem-solving skills with a reliable and proactive work approach
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team environment
Effective communication skills with confidence in customer-facing situations
Relevant electrical certification and technical trade qualification required
Basic computer skills for diagnostics, reporting, and service documentation
Field service experience and exposure to high-speed automated machinery preferred
