Role Description – Store Logistics Coordinator (Full time, On Site)





We are seeking an organised and hands on Store Logistics Coordinator to support and oversee day to day warehouse and logistics operations at our Seven Hills site.

You will help ensure stock is received, stored, picked, packed and dispatched accurately and efficiently, while also dealing directly with builders, tradespeople and delivery drivers on a daily basis to coordinate orders and ensure smooth turnaround times.

Key responsibilities include
Coordinating daily warehouse and store operations
Managing incoming and outgoing stock, deliveries and dispatch
Maintaining accurate inventory records and assisting with stocktakes
Supporting productive warehouse layout and organisation
Assisting in supervising warehouse staff and daily workflow
Ensuring secure work practices and WHS compliance
Liaising with tradies, transport providers and internal teams on a daily basis
Supporting accurate and timely order fulfilment
