Danton Group Australia is seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Factory Worker to join our busy fabrication workshop in Kirrawee. We are looking for a reliable and skilled tradesperson with hands-on experience in light gauge sheet metal fabrication who can work independently and contribute to a productive team environment.

This is not an entry-level position. The successful applicant will have proven workshop experience, robust attention to detail, and confidence operating sheet metal machinery.

Key Responsibilities
Operate guillotine machinery
Perform sheet metal folding using pan brake equipment
Operate roll forming machinery
Measure, mark out and set up sheet metal work
Read and work accurately from measurements and dimensions
Carry out general light gauge sheet metal fabrication
Operate forklifts as required

Required Skills & Experience
Previous experience in light gauge sheet metal fabrication




Strong measuring and fabrication skills
Experience operating workshop machinery
Current forklift licence
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Desirable Experience
Working with aluminium, galvanised steel, Zincalume and stainless steel sheet metal
