Senior Data Engineer – AWS

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineer with robust expertise in AWS data engineering and cloud-based data platforms . The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, supporting, and optimising scalable data pipelines and data processing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable data ingestion and transformation pipelines using AWS data services.
Build and support complex ETL/ELT workflows across enterprise data environments.
Develop effective and optimised SQL queries , with hands-on experience in Amazon Redshift preferred.
Work with large and complex datasets to ensure data quality, reliability, and availability .
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across data pipelines and identify underlying root causes .
Perform performance tuning and optimisation of data processing workflows.
Collaborate with data engineers, architects, developers, business stakeholders, and other technical teams .
Independently investigate technical issues and drive solutions with minimal supervision.
Contribute to data engineering standards, best practices, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
