Responsibilities
Prospecting, generating leads, and building a solid local pipeline
Conducting buyer and seller conversations, providing a high standard of service
Supporting the sales process end-to-end, from appraisal to negotiation and close
Attending open homes and buyer appointments, maintaining strong follow-up
Working closely with the team to execute campaigns and hit performance targets
Maintaining qualified communication and accurate records throughout the sales process





Requirements
Full Australian working rights
Current Agent’s Representative Certificate (or a willingness to obtain)
Victorian Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong professionalism, and a goal-driven mindset
Sales experience preferred but not essential (attitude and work ethic are key)
