Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Build, engage, and expand a loyal VIP client database.
Maintain store presentation, daily stock counts, and visual merchandising.
Manage client after-sales service and process boutique transactions.

Demonstrated experience in luxury retail or a high-end customer service environment.
A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Immaculately presented with outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
An organised multi-tasker who thrives in a dynamic setting.
A motivated team player with a passion for high-end luxury products.
Skills Required
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel;
experience with POS systems (like M3 or RMS) is a plus.
Excellent listening, priority-setting, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to engage clients with confidence and thorough product knowledge.
