As Sales Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the sales function across multiple services. You’ll lead, develop, and performance-manage a team of Relationship Managers while overseeing the systems, processes, and culture that drive conversion and quality at every stage of the pipeline.

What You’ll Be Doing
Leading and managing the sales team to consistently achieve conversion targets
Overseeing the quote-to-conversion pipeline, ensuring quality and compliance standards are met across every job
Implementing and maintaining daily audit and quality review processes — including call monitoring, quote audits, and system adherence
Coaching team members through structured one-on-one sessions using data — conversion rates, audit outcomes, and call reviews — to drive measurable improvement
Managing underperformance proactively, with explicit expectations, documented feedback, and escalation where required
Leading onboarding and development of recent sales staff through their first 90 days and beyond
Reporting on team performance, pipeline health, and key sales metrics to senior leadership, with actionable insights and recommendations




Collaborating with operations and management to align sales activity with business goals and referral partner expectations

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in a sales management or senior sales leadership role, ideally within property, financial services, or a professional services environment
A track record of building and developing high-performing sales teams
Robust commercial acumen with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and drive performance improvements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — confident leading meetings, delivering feedback, and engaging stakeholders at all levels
A process-driven mindset with high attention to detail and a commitment to compliance and quality
Experience with CRM or job management systems
A leadership style that combines accountability with genuine investment in people development
