Job Title: Sales Assistant – Bottleshop (Casual Role)

Known for our friendly service and welcoming atmosphere, we are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team on a casual basis.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to all customers.
Assist customers with product recommendations and queries.
Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
Restock shelves and ensure displays are tidy
Maintain a clean and organized store workplace.
Adhere to liquor licensing laws and policies, ensuring responsible service of alcohol.
Collaborate with the team to support the smooth operation of the store.

What We’re Looking For:




Excellent customer service and communication skills.
A positive and friendly attitude with a willingness to learn.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Experience in retail, hospitality, or a similar role is an advantage but not essential.
RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and restocking products.
