Role Description This is a full time, in office Sales Consultant role based in Melbourne, VIC.

The Sales

Consultant will guide customers through health insurance options, explain product features, and recommend suitable plans based on individual needs and budgets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and following up on leads to support conversion and retention. The role involves accurately documenting interactions, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of health insurance products,



and meeting sales and service targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

The Sales

Consultant will collaborate with colleagues, share market feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and customer experience. Qualifications

Demonstrated skills in Sales Consulting and Consulting, with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, focused on delivering respectful, reliable, and outcomes-driven support.

Excellent Communication skills, including explicit verbal and written communication and active listening.

Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment, with strong time management and organizational skills.

Comfort with using CRM systems, call center tools, and basic office software.

Ability to work on-site in Melbourne, VIC and collaborate effectively within a diverse team environment.

Experience in Private Health Insurance Comparison Sales and a proven track record
