Are you a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for person-centred care and dementia care excellence?

We are looking for dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team on a Casual basis at our Bexley village, including night shifts!

Working as part of our care team, you will be responsible for: Delivering high-quality, person-centred clinical care to our residents.

Conducting assessments, care planning, documentation, and ongoing evaluation of residents' care needs.

Providing specialised nursing support with a robust focus on dementia care.

Supporting and guiding care teams to ensure protected and quality care is delivered.

Taking a leadership role after hours when required.





The successful applicants will display: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Division 1 with a current practising certificate.

A passion for person-centred care and dementia care excellence.

Demonstrated experience in assessment, documentation, and care planning.

A valuable understanding of AN-ACC and the Aged Care Quality Standards.

Experience leading or supporting care teams.

Well-developed communication skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Intermediate computer literacy and knowledge of aged care and/or health systems.
