Relationship Manager - Real Estate Lending

Sydney (Office Based) | Full Time, Permanent

FourQuarters is working with a leading Australian non-bank corporate lender and alternative asset manager, with approximately $30 billion in assets under management, to appoint a Relationship Manager - Real Estate Lending for their Real Estate division.

The Role

Reporting to the National Sales Director - Real Estate, the successful candidate will be responsible for the full client lifecycle, encompassing client acquisition, deal structuring, and ongoing relationship management. This role suits an experienced lending skilled seeking genuine autonomy in building and managing their own portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
Achieving sales and margin performance against agreed KPIs
Developing and maintaining strategic relationships with referral partners




Structuring deals and providing expert guidance to clients
Ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations, including NCCP
Collaborating cross-functionally with Credit, Treasury and Marketing teams

Candidate Requirements
Is a high performer in their current role, with a demonstrated track record of leading mortgage transactions from start to finish, from initial client contact through to settlement
Solid relationship-building and negotiation capability
Sound commercial acumen and resilience under pressure
Diploma and/or Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking
