Reporting into the Technology leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of technology-enabled change initiatives across the business. Acting as the bridge between technology and business stakeholders, you'll ensure projects are delivered successfully while embedding sustainable change throughout the organisation.

This is a highly visible role requiring strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and change leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of technology and business change projects from initiation through to implementation.
Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define project objectives and success measures.
Drive organisational change activities to support user adoption and business readiness.
Facilitate workshops, steering committee meetings, and project governance forums.
Manage project risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including technology, operations, risk, compliance, and external vendors.
Provide regular project reporting and status updates to senior leadership.
Ensure projects align with strategic business objectives and regulatory requirements.





About You
Proven experience managing complex technology and business change projects.
Robust background within wealth management, financial services, superannuation, banking, or related industries.
Demonstrated ability to drive stakeholder engagement across multiple business units.
Experience leading organisational change, transformation, process improvement, or technology implementation initiatives.
Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
Strong governance, risk management, and delivery capabilities.
Relevant project certifications such as Prince2, PMP, Agile, or equivalent are highly regarded.
