About the Role

Join the Coles Relay team as a Project Lead / Project Coordinator and play a key role in delivering in-store merchandising and layout transformations across Coles Supermarkets.

You’ll coordinate and/or lead projects such as store renewals, resets, and new store setup, ensuring they’re delivered on time, on budget, and with minimal disruption to customers and store operations.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate or lead in-store relay projects from planning through to execution
Implement merchandising layouts and ensure compliance with standards
Support project scheduling, resourcing, and daily operations onsite
Engage with Store Managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
Monitor team performance, productivity,



and project progress
Maintain a protected, clean, and customer-friendly store environment

About You
Experience in retail, merchandising, or project coordination (preferred)
Robust organisational and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Proven ability to problem-solve and prioritise tasks
Leadership experience (or readiness to step into a leadership role)
