We are seeking a professional and experienced Pizza Shop Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of our busy pizza store in Bronte.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys leading a team, working with customers and managing a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Your Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations
Lead and motivate the team
Manage staff rosters and shifts
Maintain food quality and presentation
Manage stock, ordering and wastage
Ensure food safety, cleanliness and workplace standards
Deliver excellent customer service
Manage takeaway and delivery operations
Handle customer concerns professionally
Help achieve sales and operational targets

What We Are Looking For
Previous experience as a restaurant,



pizza or hospitality manager
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Reliable, positive and professional attitude
Ability to work under pressure during busy periods
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
