Experienced Pizza Chef - Inner West Sydney An established Italian restaurant in Sydney’s Inner West is looking for an experienced Pizza Chef to join its kitchen team.

This is a hands-on role for someone comfortable owning the pizza section: preparing dough, stretching, topping and cooking consistently excellent pizzas in a wood-fired oven during busy service.

What you’ll bring
At least 3 years’ experience as a Pizza Chef
Robust wood-fired oven experience
Confident dough preparation, stretching and pizza service
A good understanding of traditional Italian pizza
Care, speed and consistency under pressure
Respect for quality ingredients, cleanliness and teamwork

What we offer:
Casual, part time or full-time opportunities
$35–$40 per hour, based on experience
Evening and weekend shifts
