PROJECT CO-ORDINATOR

Your role will include but is not limited to the following:

Specific Duties
Developing Excel spreadsheet quotations by interpreting fabrication drawings against the scope of work.
Sending out RFQ's to suppliers & ensuring accuracy of items in the quotation.
Participating in weekly production meetings.
Co-ordinate with the Project & Workshop Managers to ensure project requirements are met.
Coordinating transportation for all finalized items.
Responsible for preparation of MDR and other quality related documents.

Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role with the steel fabrication industry.
Candidates with a Metal Fabrication Trade qualification will be favourably considered.
Full Australian work rights are required for this position.
