Project Administrator – Execution Support

Advanced Technology Products (ATP) is a growing Western Australian engineering and technology company delivering solutions across fire systems, Industrial IoT and major industrial projects throughout Australia.

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator to join our Execution Team.

This role supports a diverse range of activities across engineering projects, service delivery, Industrial IoT solutions, critical infrastructure upgrades and major industrial installations.

You will work closely with Operations to help coordinate project setup, procurement, mobilisation, documentation, planning support, invoicing and project closeout activities.

What you'll be doing
Project setup and administration
Procurement administration and supplier coordination
Mobilisation coordination and workforce support
Project documentation and document control
Client portal administration
Logistics and shipment coordination
Invoicing and commercial administration support
Project reporting and planning support
Project closeout coordination
Supporting Engineering, Operations and Project Delivery teams

Experience in project administration, engineering administration, mobilisation, logistics, operations support or industrial environments will be highly regarded.
