Pius X Aboriginal Corporation is seeking a qualified, culturally respectful Medical Receptionist to join our busy health clinic in Moree. About the Role
As the Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients attending the Pius X clinic. You will provide welcoming, culturally safe reception services and support. Your work ensures smooth daily operations and positive client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Provide front desk reception and greet clients in a culturally respectful manner
Manage appointments, recalls, follow‑ups, and daily scheduling
Answer phones, manage enquiries,
and direct calls appropriately
Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming reception and waiting area
Uphold confidentiality, privacy, and professional boundaries
Participate in team meetings, training, and quality improvement activities
