Onsite setting located in

Willoughby,

Ohio

Job Type Part Time or 1099 contract.

Salary Range $35 to $50 per hour

– commensurate with experience.

Required Qualifications: Must be licensed in Ohio

License/Certification:

LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC (Required)

Preferred Qualification:

1+ year of experience in Intensive Outpatient Therapist as a LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC

Schedule:

Monday to Thursday – 3pm to 7:30 pm
