We’re looking for a driven and customer-focused Territory Manager to help us grow our presence and performance across a key territory.

As a Territory Manager, you’ll be at the frontline of our growth strategy — creating current business opportunities while nurturing and expanding existing client relationships. You’ll collaborate with a talented and supportive team to deliver customised, value-driven packaging solutions.

In this role, you will:
Proactively developing new business opportunities through the attraction of new small to medium customers
Maintaining and growing sales / gross margin within the existing small-medium customer base.




Continually identifying and negotiating recent business opportunities and aggressively pursuing profit targets
Maintaining internal relationships while spending a significant time out of the office
Technical product knowledge and applying this to developing the sale offerings

We're looking for a proactive, energetic individual with a passion for building robust business relationships. Someone who thrives on challenges and enjoys taking ownership of their territory.

Ideally, you will have:
Proven sales experience, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG.
Experience in cold calling, including building relationships across industry / market stakeholders
Previous experience in the packaging or distribution industries is desirable
Collaborative Self-starter with a strong desire to drive customer excellence
Resilient, takes a lead with accountability and ownership
Solid communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at every level — from the warehouse to the boardroom.
A curious mindset and a commitment to continuous learning and development.
