We’re looking for an experienced Plant Operator to join our Lonsdale team. This hands-on role offers the chance to work across a range of state-of-the-art tyre recycling machinery in a supportive and safety-focused workplace.

Your Key Responsibilities
Sort tyres and recyclable materials to required specifications
Operate a variety of mobile plant including forklift and bobcat
Conduct daily pre-starts
Operate fixed plant (shredder)
Load and unload materials and containers
Maintain production standards and meet processing targets
Monitor machinery, report faults, and complete basic maintenance
Undertake admin/weighbridge tasks as required

You will bring:
A current driver’s licence
Robust communication and teamwork skills
A proactive, results‑driven attitude
Previous plant operation experience
Current licences or willingness to obtain licences for:
Forklift (required)
Bobcat (preferred)
Excavator (preferred)
HR/HC licence (preferred)
