About the role

Plant Operator / Serviceman position based in Gascoyne Junction, operating on an 11-hour day, 10 days on / 4 days off roster. This role presents a fantastic chance to live and work in an extraordinary location while enjoying competitive remuneration, quality housing, and utilities provided.

Key responsibilities
Maintain and operate equipment
Work and live remotely
Work unsupervised and follow directions
Undertake manual labour duties as required

About you
Previous experience in road construction or earthworks
Ability to work and live remotely
Mechanically minded, with the ability to maintain and operate equipment
Robust communication, time management and conflict resolution skills
Sound knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety principles and regulations
Current National Police Clearance (less than 6 months old)
Willingness to undertake a pre-employment medical assessment
Current HR or MC Class Driver's Licence
Ability to work unsupervised and follow directions




Willingness to undertake manual labour duties as required

Annual salary package between $100,000 – $110,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
