Summary:

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist Team Leader to oversee a dedicated team of therapists within the Health & Safety sector. In this role, you will provide leadership, support, and guidance to ensure high-quality care for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in occupational therapy and a passion for team development, contributing to the overall success and effectiveness of our services.

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of occupational therapists, providing mentorship and support.
Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices.
Conduct regular team meetings to discuss client progress and team performance.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of therapy programmes.




Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
Participate in professional development and training opportunities.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification.
Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in occupational therapy, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Solid understanding of health and safety regulations in the healthcare sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
Solid organisational and time management skills.
