We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, safe, and productive solutions to Tier 1 contractors, local councils, and private clients across Victoria. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced NDD Operator to join our expanding team.

The Role

This is a hands-on operational role suited to someone who is experienced, reliable, and committed to safety and quality workmanship. You will be responsible for:
Conducting Non-Destructive Digging (vac truck) operations
Maintaining vehicles, plant, and equipment to a high standard
Ensuring compliance with all OH&S; and site-specific requirements
Liaising professionally with clients and site supervisors

Skills & Experience Required




Proven experience operating NDD / vacuum excavation trucks
Construction Induction Card (White Card)
Valid HR Driver’s License (preferred)
Strong understanding of site safety and risk management
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable but not essential
Confined Space Ticket
Traffic Management Tickets
Service locating experience
RIICCM training or similar industry qualifications
