MR Truck Driver – Full-Time Permanent

Aim Site Hire is looking for a reliable and experienced MR Truck Driver to join our friendly team in a secure, full-time permanent role based out of our growing Bendigo Branch in Long Gully.

If you enjoy being part of a supportive team and are looking for a mix of driving on the road and doing physical work and are ok with early 6.00am starts, this could be the role for you.

About the Role

You'll work, delivering, installing, and collecting temporary fencing and portable toilets at construction and events sites across Bendigo and regional Victoria. This is hands-on, wide-ranging role with consistent hours and paid overtime when required.

What You'll Be Doing
Driving a Medium Rigid (MR) truck to multiple sites daily
Operating truck-mounted crane (full training provided)
Delivering, installing, and picking up of hired assets
Manually loading and unloading
Following daily run sheets and navigating between sites
Inspect, maintain and report truck condition for optimal safety
Working safely and efficiently on various sites

What We're Looking For
Current MR driver's license (essential)




Construction White Card (essential)
Be available Monday to Friday 6:00am – 2:06pm
Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
Previous crane truck operations will be looked on favourably - (not essential - Training provided)
Be reliable with a good work ethic and positive attitude
Australian citizenship or permanent residency required
