We’re partnering with a global design-led practice located in the heart of Brisbane's CBD to help grow their studio with an exciting opportunity for a Mid-Level Interior Designer! This studio has a highly collaborative team delivering premium, design-driven projects for major clients in the commercial fit out space. The Role
This is an chance for a Mid–Level Interior Designer to take part in projects from concept through to documentation, getting exposure to client meetings, site visits and the internal delivery team. You’ll play a key role in helping shape workplace environments, balancing creativity with technical delivery, and ensuring projects are well-coordinated and buildable.
Key Responsibilities
Attend client meetings, interpreting briefs into design solutions
Take part in prepare initial space planning and floorplans
Assist in developing concepts, finishes, materials, and mood boards
Produce and coordinate a full set of design documentation for construction
Collaborate with internal project and delivery teams
Manage multiple projects across commercial fitout sectors with team
Contribute across all project phases from concept to completion
Skills & Experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience of qualified studio experience (workplace / fitout preferred but not required)
Proficiency in Revit and Enscape (essential)
Strong space planning and technical documentation skills
Collaborative mindset with a keen eye for design excellence
Solid attention to detail and problem-solving ability
