FMCG Machine Operators | Multiple Shifts Available | Up to $43.78/hr | Wacol Location: Wacol, QLD

About the Role

We're looking for candidates with previous machine operation experience in a food manufacturing setting who enjoy working in a fast-paced production setting and are committed to safety and quality.

You'll be responsible for operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting a variety of food production machinery. Depending on your experience, you'll be assigned to areas such as bulk spice batching, kettle cooking, packaging, robotic production lines, or automated filling equipment.

Shift Opportunities

Day Shift - $33.68
4:00am – 12:00pm (Early shift allowance $37.89 first 2 hours)
6:00am – 2:00pm

Afternoon Shift - $38.73
12:00pm – 8:00pm

Night shift - $43.78
8:00pm – 4:00am
10:00pm – 6:00am

About You & Responsibilities
Operate and monitor food production machinery including kettle cookers, packaging equipment, robotic production lines and filling machines
Perform machine set-ups, adjustments and basic troubleshooting
Batch ingredients and follow recipes accurately where required




Complete quality checks and production documentation
Maintain food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards
Perform manual handling of up to 25kg when required
Previous machine operation experience within a food manufacturing environment is essential
Experience with batch cooking, recipe compliance or automated production equipment highly regarded
Physically fit and comfortable working in rapid-paced manufacturing environments
Able to pass a pre-employment medical including drug, alcohol and fitness testing
Reliable with a strong commitment to safety and quality
