Role Description

We are seeking Mechanical Reliability Engineers with a robust capability in data, M/L and Python coding. Equally comfortable in the field and in code, applying condition monitoring and predictive analytics to improve asset health and uptime.

What you'll work on
Predictive maintenance strategies for mining assets — rotating equipment, processing plant, mobile fleet
Python-based models and workflows for sensor and historian data
Near real-time asset health insights via IoT and industrial data platforms
FMEA, RCA, and asset management framework support

Qualifications




Solid expertise in Reliability principals
Proficiency in python coding, machine learning models, generative AI
Experience in Project Management within engineering contexts
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
