We are a busy and vibrant takeaway burger and kebab shop committed to serving delicious food and providing friendly, high-quality customer service. We are looking for a Junior Kitchen Hand to join our team on a part-time basis.

About the Role

This is a great opportunity for a motivated and reliable junior who is interested in gaining experience in a quick-paced food service environment. You will work closely with our kitchen team and assist with food preparation, cleaning, restocking, and general kitchen duties.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with basic food preparation, including vegetables, salads, sauces, and other ingredients
Assist the kitchen team with preparing kebabs, burgers, and takeaway orders
Help keep the kitchen, preparation areas, and equipment clean and organised
Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Restock ingredients and supplies as required
Assist with packing and organising customer orders
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety
Follow instructions from senior kitchen staff




Support the team during busy periods to ensure smooth and productive service

About You The successful candidate will be:
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Friendly and respectful towards customers and team members
Willing to learn and take direction
Able to work efficiently in a busy environment
A good team player with a positive attitude
Interested in gaining experience in the food and hospitality industry
Available to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends

Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential.
