About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support the growth of our presence in the Japan Market.

This is an entry-level role ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing and financial markets. You will work closely with our marketing team to assist in executing localised campaigns, managing social media channels, and engaging with Japanese trading communities.

No prior leadership experience is required — we value curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

Community & Social Media Support
Assist in building and managing Japanese-speaking online communities (e.g. Discord)
Support daily engagement with Japanese retail traders across social platforms
Help moderate discussions and maintain a positive community environment
Contribute ideas to improve community engagement and retention

Social Media Execution
Assist in managing Japanese-language social media accounts
Support content creation, translation, and localisation
Schedule and publish posts across relevant platforms
Track basic performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth)

Market Research
Conduct research on Japanese retail trading trends




Monitor competitor activities in the Japanese market
Assist in preparing simple reports and insights

Collaboration
Work with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams on campaigns
Support campaign execution and trader education initiatives
Assist with ensuring content aligns with basic compliance requirements

Requirements
Native or near-native Japanese (written & spoken) as need to handle Japanese Speaking clients
Valuable English communication skills
Interest in digital marketing, social media, or financial markets

Preferred (Not Required)
Basic experience with social media management
Familiarity with trading / FX / crypto markets
Experience using Discord or similar community platforms
