The Position

This is a night shift position,11:00pm - 7:00am, and is suited to an individual capable of learning and taking ownership of a critical production process, while working effectively within a team workplace. Full training provided through a structured on‑the‑job buddy system

Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience is required for this position.

Pay and Shifts
Hourly rate: $39.00 – $40.50 (inclusive of shift loading)
A higher starting rate may be offered based on relevant trade qualifications and/or experience
Training period:
3 weeks of training and induction on day shift (7:00am – 3:00pm, Monday to Friday)
During this period, shift loading does not apply

What you will do
Operation and monitoring of large, complex industrial machinery
Adjusting and maintaining production processes to meet quality standards

What you will bring
Strong focus on Occupational Health and Safety and quality standards
Forklift licence preferred, or willingness to obtain
Trade or heavy industrial background advantageous
