Inbound Sales Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and commercially minded Inbound Sales Specialist to convert high intent customer enquiries into successful users and long-term client relationships.

What You’ll Do
Manage a high volume of inbound enquiries from Tradie Owners enquiring about the platform
Convert warm leads into confirmed bookings through consultative, solution-focused selling
Provide exceptional customer experience throughout the entire sales process
Build rapport quickly and handle objections with confidence and professionalism
Maintain accurate CRM records and follow structured sales processes
Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly conversion and revenue targets
Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer outcomes and platform experience

What We’re Looking For




Experience in sales, call centre, customer service, or inbound/outbound phone-based roles
Robust communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
Confident, resilient, and motivated by targets and performance-based outcomes
Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced inbound sales environment
Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving ability
Comfortable working with CRM systems and structured workflows
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
