Key Responsibilities:
Service and clean all allocated guest rooms, ensuring tasks are completed to the required high standard.
Assist guests with all queries, providing accurate information about property facilities and features.
Comply with guest privacy and security procedures.
Stock and maintain the housekeeping trolley, always ensuring adequate supplies and a presentable appearance.
Australian work rights are required for this position.
Valid work visa or Australian work authorisation is acceptable for this position.
*This is a casual role, at this time Monday, Wednesday and Thursday shift available from 8.30am for approx. 7 hours per shift.
Looking for candidates with a can-do, responsible, and adaptable approach with a robust work ethic.
*Prior experience in a similar housekeeping role within a hotel workplace.
*A minimum of 1+ years of hotel housekeeping experience is required.
