Qualifications
Ability to provide effective Technical Support, with a focus on user assistance and transparent communication.




Strong Troubleshooting skills for identifying, analyzing, and resolving common hardware and software issues.
Foundational understanding of Information Technology concepts, including operating systems and basic networking.
Hands-on experience with Desktop Computers, including setup, configuration, and routine maintenance.
Practical Printer Support skills for installing, configuring, and resolving printing-related issues.
Valuable written and verbal communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage priorities, and follow documented procedures.
Interest in continuous learning and development within IT support and related technologies.
