The Meat & Wine Co Southbank is seeking an experienced Host to join the team.

This is a part time position offering up tp 35 hours per week.

Key responsibilities
Managing guest enquiries and reservations (SevenRooms or similar)
Greeting and seating guests to support smooth service flow
Providing attentive, professional customer service
Processing payments and cash handling
Communicating guest requests and preferences to the team

About you
Previous experience as a experienced Host in an a la carte restaurant (preferrably in a 200+ pax venue)
Experience with reservation systems (SevenRooms preferred)
Cash handling and POS experience
Strong communication and attention to detail
Current RSA
Adaptable availability across a rotating 7-day roster, including nights and weekends
