We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team. Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming guests and managing check-in/check-out processes using our Opera Property Management System
Handling reservations via phone and email




Addressing guest inquiries and providing solutions to ensure a seamless stay
Supporting the Front Office Team with daily operations
Performing other related duties as required
