Job Title: Hire Store Manager

Location: Kirrawee

Hours: Full Time

We are a family owned and run business servicing the Sutherland Shire and Sydney Metro areas. We supply a wide range of general equipment, machinery, vehicles and trailers for dry hire.

We're looking for a highly motivated, hands-on Manager to lead our dynamic team and drive the success of our business.

This role will involve:
Overseeing daily operations
Managing a diverse fleet of rental equipment and a small team of employees
Ensuring that customers receive exceptional service at all times
Rostering of staff
Monthly invoicing and issuing of customer statements
Maintaining and improving where required current procedures and systems to ensure efficiency in a high growth period of the business
Manage scheduling and budgeting of supplies
Leading the team to meet monthly and yearly goals as well as setting new ones

Skills we’re looking for:




Robust organisational skills, with an eye for detail
Proven ability to manage a agile team
Goal and solutions focused
Previous experience in equipment rental, customer service, or a related industry.
Driver’s Licence
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Technical understanding of common equipment used in construction, landscaping, and general DIY projects is a plus.
Ability to handle administrative tasks such as invoicing, reporting, and maintaining rental agreements.
