Working hours: 16 - 38 hours / Week (Flexible for part time)

About the role

Our client is seeking passionate and driven experienced Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioners to join a multidisciplinary team.

Ideally, you will have knowledge and confidence with the following:
Conducting functional behavioural assessments and developing quality comprehensive behaviour support plans
Develop solid professional relationships with clients through confident and explicit communication




Understanding of evidence-based principles and relevant standards

Requirements:
Experience as a behavioral support practitioner.
Patience and ability to keep calm in stressful situations.
Minimum of PROFICIENT level NDIS registration.
Ability to work autonomously and part of a specialist multidisciplinary team.
Ability to effectively communicate with parents and carers.
A passion for helping children and adults with behavioural difficulties.
