Casual roles – varying hours Latitude Recruitment is sourcing experienced general labourers for a range of roles across manufacturing, agriculture, and construction throughout Warrnambool and the South West. Multiple positions are available now.

What We're Looking For
Labouring experience across manufacturing, construction, or agriculture
Experience as a trades assistant or farmhand is desirable
Tickets such as White Card, forklift, EWP, or confined space are advantageous
Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work as part of a team
Willingness to work diverse shifts and across different sites as required

Requirements
Must be willing to complete drug and alcohol screening and/or pre-employment medical as required by the role
Valid driver's licence and own transport may be required depending on the role
