Brisbane Based Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Finishes Foreman to join a leading commercial builder delivering a $150M project on the fringe of Brisbane CBD.

This is an excellent prospect to step into a well-established project and lead the finishing stages through to practical completion, working alongside an experienced Site Manager and Project Team.

About the Role The successful applicant will be responsible for:
Managing all finishing trades and coordinating daily site activities
Driving programme through the finishing stages to practical completion
Conducting quality inspections and managing defect rectification
Coordinating subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely and on schedule
Maintaining high standards of workmanship and site presentation
Working closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager to achieve project milestones
Liaising with consultants and subcontractors to ensure a smooth handover

What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Finishes Foreman on commercial construction projects




Strong background in finishes, fit-out, and defect management
Experience delivering projects through to practical completion
Ability to coordinate multiple trades in a rapid-paced setting
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Commitment to quality, safety, and programme delivery
