About the role

Experienced Maintenance Grader Operator / All Rounder position based in Gascoyne Junction, operating on an 11-hour day, 10 days on / 4 days off roster. Key responsibilities
Road maintenance
Maintenance grading of unsealed roads
Perform basic plant maintenance
Work unsupervised and follow direction effectively
Undertake other duties as required

About you
Experience in road maintenance
Proven skills in maintenance grading unsealed roads
Mechanically minded, with the ability to perform basic plant maintenance
Comfortable working and living in a remote location (Camping out)
Solid communication, time management, and conflict resolution skills
Current National Police Clearance (issued within the last 6 months)
Current HR/HC Class Driver's Licence
Ability to work unsupervised and follow direction effectively




Willingness to undertake a pre-employment medical assessment
Willingness to undertake other duties as required

Annual Salary: $110,000 – $120,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
