Position: Freelance Trade Research Assistant

Overview & Business Model

You will act as an independent trade research partner, generating high-conviction, actionable trade ideas across assigned asset classes. For each idea approved and executed, capital will be deployed from a designated allocation pool, with profit splits paid out upon trade closure.
Structure & Capital Allocation

Capital Allocation: You will be assigned a specific capital allocation limit for each trade.

Trade Scopes: Ideas may span equities, foreign exchange, commodities, or derivatives, depending on market conditions and agreed-upon strategy guidelines.
Scope of Work & Deliverables

Idea Generation: Submit fully researched, end-to-end trade setups. Each proposal must include:

Provide concise updates or exit signals for open positions based on shifting market data.

Post-Trade Review: Keep a shared log tracking trade ideas, conviction levels, and outcomes to refine strategies over time. 4.

Compensation & Profit Share

Commission Rate: 10% of Net Profits realized on trades originated from your accepted research ideas.

Loss Protection: You carry zero financial liability for losing trades. Capital risk is borne entirely by the trading desk.

Flexibility: Work asynchronously on your own schedule to spot market prospects.

Confidentiality: All trade ideas, risk parameters, portfolio positions, and research frameworks remain strictly proprietary and confidential.
